Aleksi has earned his PhD in Economics and Business Administration and is an organizational researcher who has done research on the experiences of inclusion and belonging from the perspective of minority employees. He is deeply familiar with key phenomena related to DEI work, such as the importance of emotional intelligence, the role of peer support and the mechanisms of resistance to change. Aleksi's research has been published in several prestigious scientific publications and his work has received recognition in the form of various grants.

Aleksi has long-term experience as a trainer; thanks to his experience, he quickly recognizes the needs of different audiences, adapts to their needs and and always conveys his message in a way that is tailored to the target group. Aleksi uses research-based information in his trainings and builds safer spaces that enable open discussion, learning and sharing insights.
