Join us for an interactive workshop on "DEI for Cities and Municipalities." In this workshop, we will enhance your understanding of how diversity, equity, and inclusion can not only improve employee retention and attract new talent but also foster innovation and cultivate an inclusive working culture for the benefit of all workers.

  • How is DEI work best driven in city and municipality organizations in order to ensure key actors adherence and commitment to robust DEI processes, ensuring fairness and equality in their operations.

Federico Ferrara (he/him) holds a Master's degree in Philosophy and Social Sciences. He possesses extensive experience in promoting equality, integration, and inclusion, both within Finland and on an international scale. Federico is an experienced and charismatic facilitator who provides fresh perspectives and enlightens his audience, encouraging critical examination of prevailing societal norms. As one of Finland's foremost anti-racism educators, Federico has served as a trusted partner, collaborating with numerous organizations, cities and municipalities educational institutions, and authorities to foster a more equitable, inclusive, and racism-free Finland. In the role of a bridge-builder, Federico actively crafts new approaches and tangible methods to nurture an open and respectful work culture. With empathy and respect as his guiding principles, he expertly guides teams and work communities towards a shared understanding, swiftly turning challenges into victories.
