Includia's Leading DEI with impact: tools for recruiters and HR professionals is a training package aimed at everyone working in HR or in recruitment, or interested in the topic: it focuses on the recruitment process comprehensively from the perspectives of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). After the training, participants will have practical tools to develop their organization's recruitment process towards a more inclusive direction, and a deeper understanding of DEI as an integral part of attracting new talent, of evaluating job search materials and of interviews.

Registration is binding. If there is an obstacle to your participation, we recommend that you transfer the registration to a colleague at no extra charge. You can also postpone your participation to a later implementation of the training: the postponement must be done two (2) weeks before the event.

In cases of illness, we withhold 15% + VAT 25.5% from the participation fee to cover expenses.

Trainers

Jonna Louvrier (sher/her), PhD and Aleksi Soini (he/him), PhD

Jonna and Aleksi have both studied diversity and inclusion in the context of working life and management in their dissertations, Jonna especially from the point of view of HR managers and ethnic minorities, and Aleksi from the point of view of both communication and organizational culture. Jonna has trained hundreds of managers and employees on diversity and inclusion issues in different organizations and countries, and she is able to address diverse audiences from senior management to employees with her empathetic facilitation style. Aleksi's work experiences at the university and in companies internationally have offered him a place to take part in various work communities and the opportunity to learn how to build safer spaces that promote open discussion and learning.
