DEI trainings involving everyone in the organisation

This training aimed to create awareness among managers and employees regarding various forms of discrimination, harassment, and incivility that may occur in the workplace.

Throughout the training, participants engaged in open discussions and interactive sessions to identify and understand different manifestations of discrimination, harassment, and incivility. These conversations were crucial in fostering a safe and inclusive environment, enabling individuals to share their personal experiences and perspectives.

One particular highlight of the anti-harassment training program was a role-play game designed to enhance participants' ability to intervene in a respectful manner when encountering unwanted behaviors. This game allowed individuals to step into various scenarios where they could practice responding to situations involving discrimination, harassment, or incivility. By simulating real-life scenarios, the role-play game helped participants develop the skills necessary to address such issues effectively.

The training also provided valuable insights into the impact of discrimination, harassment, and incivility on individuals and the overall work environment. Participants learned about the legal frameworks and policies in place to prevent and address these issues, as well as the potential consequences for failing to address them appropriately.

Moreover, the anti-harassment training emphasized the importance of fostering a culture of inclusivity and respect within the organization. Participants were encouraged to actively challenge biases and stereotypes, promote equal opportunities, and create an environment where everyone feels valued and supported.

The training sessions were facilitated by Jonna Louvrier creating a supportive and engaging learning environment. Participants were encouraged to ask questions, share their thoughts and concerns, and engage in meaningful dialogue with their colleagues.

By investing in the anti-harassment training program, the client demonstrated their commitment to cultivating a diverse and inclusive workplace where everyone is treated with respect and fairness. The training not only increased awareness of discriminatory behaviors but also equipped managers and employees with the necessary tools to intervene effectively and create a more inclusive work environment.

Overall, the DEI training at Ubisoft RedLynx proved to be a valuable solution that met the client's needs. Through open discussions, interactive sessions, and a role-play game, participants gained a deeper understanding of discrimination, harassment, and incivility, and developed the skills to address these issues in a respectful and proactive manner. This training fostered a culture of inclusivity and respect within the organization, paving the way for a more harmonious and diverse workplace.
