Includia's DEI for Recruiters is a full-day training package aimed at recruiters: it focuses on the recruitment process comprehensively from the perspectives of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). After the training, participants will have practical tools to develop their organization's recruitment process towards a more inclusive direction, and a deeper understanding of DEI as an integral part of attracting new talent, of evaluating job search materials and of interviews.
